We was 5 min from downtown close to everything we wanted to get to. The hotel was very nice and clean. Rooms was big we had a ball for my birthday. Even though the whole town lights went out we still had a good time and was able to move around throughout the day.

The hot tub in the room did not function. The room wasn't clean thoroughly throughout the stay. Room service was great food was good. The pool was not clean. The hot tubs by the pool were not hot. Was a nice location by the ocean.

The staff was amazing from arrival to departure i wanna give a special s/o to the manager ricardo who runs an excellent team and the loving staff for being so supportive and welcoming to me during my stay 10/10 recommend i will definitely return
