"Adults only was the best part. Food was great.Great bar staff at swim up bar Reuben and polo and others were exceptional. I did have issues in regards to how staff and security dealing with a creepy man in his 60s talking to a bunch of younger woman saying what ever he wanted it's a terrible pattern of behavior. I'm glad it was adults only or things with this issue could have been worse. I tried to deal with this an amicable way but he was still allowed to follow Our group to the other Rui flamingo to go to the disco bar. He was removed after I brought up this at the other hotel. This should be discussed on how the Brand deals with this sort of thing An overall great experience other than that issue above."

"The room was an unforgettable experience, the service was top-notch, I was fascinated in that aspect. Just three minor things I didn't disagree with. When I arrived early for check-in with an elderly lady and my family, they didn't offer us the option of using the room to rest, which is included in the hotel's policies and benefits, and I had to wait in the lobby. In my room, the dining table was never cleaned during my five-day stay, and in the pool and restaurant area, when it comes to all-inclusive, it was very inconvenient to have to sign for everything I consumed. If it's all-inclusive, it's all-inclusive; you pay a lot for all-inclusive without having to have restrictions on drinks and food. There are other hotels that are all-inclusive without restrictions and of the same quality. They should be more flexible in that aspect and make things easier for guests to feel more relaxed. The reception staff's attitude and demeanor towards guests seemed angry... they didn't smile at all. ...until I told him that I was already a member of Villas del Palmar Flamingos, his expression changed, becoming too cheerful. The change was very sudden...but thank you, it was a first-class service. "

"This was a fantastic resort for a family! The pool was beautiful, the staff was very accommodating, and the restaurants were great. We booked an ocean view room, and it did not disappoint, we actually ran into some issues with our AC and the maintenance staff responded quickly and when it couldn't be fixed they gave us a new room with no hesitation. We celebrated Mother's Day and my husband's birthday, and the entire staff was welcoming and treated us well. If you're looking for a great beach side resort, I'd recommend!"

"Our room was spectacular and clean. Amazing view. But, all appliances were VERY loud. I used the washer/dryer for all the wet clothes and they were so loud that nit even closing the doors helped the noise. The jacuzzi was also very very loud, we opted to turn it off and call it a night. The espresso machine and coffee maker, were both very loud. We did not use it again. Elevators were broken and we were on the 7th floor… not cool going down/up in heels. Not really a kid-friendly place. Over all a beautiful place for older adults and seniors."

"The hotel is dated but authentic and very clean! The staff are all wonderful very friendly and hard working to make the stay enjoyable! The beach is beautiful "
