Beautiful hotel but it’s a long way from PV and Uber can be inconsistent. The hotel needs new umbrellas and more seating around the pools, more shade for sure. They were jackhammering walls in the hotel early in the mornings, not sure what happened there. The hotel is fantastic though and the staff were incredible, especially Victor from the entertainment team. Such a personable guy, was great with kids and families and crazy drunks (like me) alike.

One of the restaurants was closed during our visits and the others rotated days off. Buffet theme changed somewhat daily but good staples remained most days. Foods were labeled with potential allergy information, but Vegetarian dishes were not. We never went hungry or had any complaints about food ...
