"A well managed property with mid level ammenities which provide good and adequate services ( food, beverages, etc..) Due to the low season and subsequent lower occupancy; restaurants were rotated daily on and off, it was somewhat puzzling to determine which was going to be opened or closed in the evening. All in all a great place"

"There was zero communication i asked for earlier check in which no one responded after saying they would check if we could we did show up early and i had messaged several times that all we needed was a place to put luggage again no response! Upon arrival seat had no record of our booking we needed a QR code which we never received! finally did get into room and pictures on hotels.com we’re definitely from another room and view because room actually was located pretty much in the parking lot!...

"To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...

"Enjoyed my stay. Recommend the ground floor rooms if you would like pool access. My room 15 was great and nice and private. Staff was great, will stay again if i am on a layover."
