"Beautiful hotel. The grounds were lovely, long private drive up to the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy, bathroom was a bit small but clean and nicely laid out with everything needed to hand. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. We will be going back for a longer stay soon. "

"The cleaning staff was excellent, as was the front desk, and restaurant staff. They got us in without hesitation, explained everything, kept us comfortable, and worked with us to get meals, even though we didn't know we needed a reservation for dinner. Super helpful and respectful staff. I loved the pumpkin carving contest. The beds were a little too firm, but everything overall was beautiful. the spa experience was also fun. "
