"The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. It was very warm in the room. But, my biggest concern was that our bathroom window was on the fire scape and did not close or latch. Someone could have walked right into the room."

The front desk staff can give you information about the bus. Taking the shuttle to the airport is very easy - just tell the lobby desk what time you'd like to leave and they will arrange it. The shuttle typically leaves every half hour. Food in The New Yorker was very good."
