We would have liked you to leave with a better impression of our services and we regret not having been able to guarantee you a perfect vacation. We are disappointed that you found the atmosphere spoiled due to the additional costs for the Wi-Fi in the room, the safe or the drinks in the room. However, we would like to explain that these additional costs exist precisely because we try to accommodate all special requests. Our all inclusive service refers only to gastronomic level, and we try to reduce costs as much as possible so that guests can choose and complete their vacation according to their needs, giving them the opportunity to book a basic vacation and tailor their stay to their preferences. We regret that you were not informed in advance of any additional costs, but this information is, of course, published on our home page as well as in all travel catalogues, so that guests will not be surprised upon their arrival. On the same time, we would also like to mention that refilling water bottles at our self-service machines is strictly forbidden due to hygiene. Due to the favourable warm climate, cockroaches are a common species in the Canary Islands. Although we do our utmost to keep our hotel spotlessly clean, it sometimes can be difficult to entirely get rid of insects in an open building structure like our hotel has. We regularly fumigate all areas in order to prevent them from appearing. Unser Hotel wurde vor paar Jahren renoviert und seitdem tun wir unser Bestes, um es gut zu pflegen und in perfekten Zustand zu halten. Da wir wissen, dass Liebe durch den Magen geht, bemüht sich unser gesamtes Küchteam tagtäglich eine grosse Vielfalt an Speisen anzubieten. Fisch, Fleisch, Gemüse, Suppen, Salate, Kuchen etc. werden täglich frisch zubereitet. Desweiteren können unsere Gäste jeden Abend und auch zu Mittag Show Cooking geniessen. Um eben mehr Abwechslung anbieten zu können, haben unsere Gäste auch noch die Option einer unserer Themenrestaurants wie „Asiatico“ oder in unserem Nachbarhotel SBH Crystal Beach Hotel & Suites das „Mare Nostrum“ zu besuchen. Der einzige negative Punkt ist der Zugang zum Strand. Da aber dieser Strandteil nicht zum Hotel sondern der Stadtgemeinde gehört, haben wir die Berechtigung nicht, diesen Teil zu verbessern. Anche se il check-in è durato un po ', i nostri addetti alla reception fanno sempre del loro meglio per trovare finalmente una soluzione rapida. Tuttavia, siamo lieti che le sia piaciuta la nostra spiaggia. Perché il nostro Resort si trova direttamente sulla bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa di Costa Calma e quindi vi invita a splendide passeggiate sulla spiaggia. Siamo inoltre spiacenti di leggere che non abbiamo soddisfatto le vostre aspettative riguardo al nostro cibo. Possiamo assicurarti che per noi è importante che i nostri ospiti apprezzino il nostro cibo. Invieremo immediatamente le tue critiche costruttive allo chef.
