"Breakfast 6:30-9:00 strictly enforced. Wife went down to get coffee 8: 58. Another lady was there telling staff the coffee pot was empty. She just replied we're closed we're not making any more and closed door on them."

"Family had a blast and we made new friends from another state while visiting both parks. Room was clean and fresh. Amenities are awesome if you have kids. Pool area and slides is a must. Staff are amazing with all the activities to do. Our toddlers shut the dance party down. Definitely will be ours and friends stop to stay at every time we visit the parks."

"This was a nice place to stay for trip to the GSMNP with 2 children (age 5 and 9) The kitchenette was important for us to have for our longer trip and to reduce eating out. Room was decently clean and stocked with basic appliances and plenty of towels. Room was large and made it comfortable for our family of 4 to maneuver. Some negatives included not receiving any service in our room over the course of our 5 days, which was fine with the exception of the garbage, we managed the garbage ourselves. I also wish the appliances came with even basic instructions. The shower, the washer/dryer, the dishwasher, the stove.... it was difficult to determine if things were broken or if we weren't using them properly. Toaster was broken and oven has no temperature measurement, among other nuances. I didnt read all the fine details of the place and didnt know using the waterpark wasn't included in our stay (quite an added expense when we used the waterpark as our deciding factor to stay here). Also, didn't know this was a large time share resort and so much is wrapped up into attending seminars which are pushed. We refused to spend our time with this. But, the outdoor pool and mini golf options were included and our kids <10 had a great time with these simpler amenities. Also, appreciated they had life jackets on hand. Would we go here again? Maybe. I'd do more comparison with other places and ensure the booking was worth it. But, I'd book again if it made sense."

"Breakfast service both days we ate there was way less than par. First time waiter never offered coffee refills and second time we waited 45 minutes for our server to even check on us. One of my Avacado toast was not even toasted and the potatoes forgotten. The menu offers Bloody Marys but both times bar was closed and our server said he had no idea when they opened. The ladies at the bar both times we were there were fantastic. No coffee unless you count the Dixie cup in the room as coffee. Only one day was the Starbucks coffee ready at 7. Other days not until around 8. Room was clean and the cleaning staff was great. I guess we are used to getting a free breakfast when spending $495 for one of the nights we stayed."
