"Surprisingly solid hotel & excellent service. I expected a basic hotel, rooms were pretty basic, but worked great for us as we were mostly on the go. However, the full bar service, restaurant, and excellent staff service was a lovely unexpected bonus."

"We had an excellent two day stay at the Bedford which was very conveniently situated for all our activities. A very comfortable bedroom and spotless bathroom, very friendly helpful staff. We didn't have the breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel."

"The location of this hotel is excellent. The bar area is nice and they have music almost every night. Rooms offer a hot pot to make tea or coffee. You can go to the cafe to get milk for your coffee. There is no bottle water left in the room which most hotels have. "

"The staff were excellent. When the power went off in our room, they were quick to place us in another room, also giving us a complimentary beverage. The lounge downstairs was a welcoming place to sit, and we even brought in our own food to enjoy in the booths in the rear of the lounge. The only negative was the music they played was a little on the loud side."

"Hotel is in a great location, breakfast was good although it gets busy, reception staff on check in was fantastic. Downside, no wine selection in bar, they had run out. Some room maintenance is needed. Noisy rooms from traffic so you couldn’t have windows open. Heating is centrally controlled giving no ability to switch on in evening. Overall, not as good as I expected."

"Check in was smooth and quick and it was nice to be able to check in early because our room was available. Staff very polite friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, plenty of storage, clean and I liked the Jo Loves products. Turn down service was lovely. It was quite noisy from the road outside though which was not good. Windows should be better. Dinner and drinks at the hotel were great couldn’t recommend them enough. Our dinner was delicious. Well cooked, fresh and full of good flavour. I had pork chop with black pudding crochets my husband had the lamb with champ. Breakfast was disappointing. Ordered food was slow and not as good as other hotels I’ve been to where I haven’t paid as much! The whole breakfast should be as a buffet style as this is what we prefer. I stayed at the Grand Central Hotel previously and they did an excellent breakfast with a quieter room. Would recommend that hotel more, if available, than the Fitzwilliam."

"Fue una excelente experiencia, la repcionista nos ayudó en todo, al ver que teníamos dificultades con el idioma, nos trajo un colega suyo.Juan Carlos que nos fue de mucha ayuda ,personas amables respetuosas ,siempre dispuestos ayudar, las instalaciones del hotel están bien, y la ubicación perfecta, muy cerca del museo Titanic, y cerca del centro de la ciudad. Les estamos muy agradecidos, por su excelente servicio."
