"I asked the property manager at least twice for the physical address of the property. He never gave it to me. His best answer was that it was the red building on a street, up a steep hill.On the bright side, it was located close to the train station, and within reasonable walking distance of Center City.Getting hot water was tricky. It took us several tries to get it to the shower. Never really got hot water at the bathroom sink, nor the kitchen sink. There is a refrigerator, a microwave,...
