Issues with cleaning (empty handsoap, had to ask for toilet paper, dirty glasses just turned upside down, coffee cup replased but dirty spoon left on top, dirty cleaning rag left in the bathroom, etc). Pool lovely but very busy. Beautiful lounge/cafe area. Playground behind the hotel was nice suprise. "

"Our room was incredible, excellent value for money, a minor disappointment to not have bathrobes provided but the room and view made up for that. All staff whether reception, bar, general staff or the leisure team, were friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast is reasonably good, a range of choices for all tastes, but could be improved by being hot where appropriate. Wonderful location, central yet quiet, and very convenient for buses, with the airport bus just outside. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent. "
