"Clean room, comfy beds, lovely place, nice staff"

"The room was large and very clean, the swimming pool was lovely and very warm. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy but Quilt too warm for us but ok for most people. We will return later in the year."

"I went with my adult daughter and we had a fabulous room. This was perfect as we had two rooms and two beds (one was a sofa bed). Really enjoyed the spa. Staff were friendly and professional. What a great weekend. Location is handy for Stratford and we got Ubers to and from Stratford so we weren't bothered about parking."

"The room and bed linen were spotlessly clean. There was a cosy lounge in which to enjoy a drink, and a choice of Bistro or Pub for food, both of which offered good deals, and the staff at reception were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a good location by the River Avon, with ample parking at discounted rates for guests. The town centre with its many attractions is only a 10 minute walk across the footbridge. We would stay there again."

"Our room was spotless, shower was great and very comfy bed. Staff were excellent, especially under the stress of computers being down when we arrived, which held up entry to our room. All very friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you. "
