"We stayed so we could quickly go to Universal Studios. The hotel had a safe route to the park. It also had so much to do at the hotel that we probably could have had just as much fun there. The views were beautiful anf the rooms were very clean. "

Because of that we had to wait in the guesthouse area with no apologies at all! I need my refund back asap! Very disappointed with unprofessional people in this premise! The Hilton hotel was supposed to treat People with dignity and respect for all customers!! "
