"This is a good place for a family to stay. It is geared toward kids having fun at the beach. The host was available if we needed anything. We had no problems with the elevators during our winter weeks of stay. "

"Tell me why to will not receive a refund?The kitchen light didn’t work. They came in 3 times to fix. They rigged it with another light that was plugged into the microwave receptacle. I have pictures of the broken chair when I walked in. I also have pictures of the light. The workers came into my house while I was getting into the shower. I was told I would have a phone call prior to them arriving. "

"The apartment was comfortable with everything you need. Full kitchen with everything supplied. Very comfy bed & bedding. The shower wasn’t great - very low water pressure. The position of the bedroom isn’t ideal - it’s at the front door with windows overlooking the walkway & elevator. For the price paid I would expect to wake up to a sea view. Of course, this isn’t something that can be changed but should be reflected in the price. Good sized balcony with an amazing view of the ocean. We were here for NYE so great view of the jetty & fireworks. No grill. Quite a long walk down to the pier & shops etc. - definitely wouldn’t do it at night. "
