"We love staying at this house! The rest of our family stays at nearby condos/hotels on the beach but we love this little slice of paradise. We love going to the beach in the morning and relaxing in the shade at the patio pool in the afternoon. Mary always responds quickly as i had a question about the new TV which was quickly figured out. We eat all of our meals outside and just love it! It is always clean and well stocked."

"We were very impressed with this house and pool. It is very neat, clean and tidy. We very much appreciated that. Everything on the website was exactly how the house was. This was our first time renting this house, but we wouldn’t hesitate to come back or to suggest it to someone else. We used the bikes, we played checkers on the porch, there were noodles to use in the pool, chairs and an umbrella to take down to the beach. Great location. The only thing that we would suggest is turning the heat...

"The view was amazing. The pool, hot tub, and poolside bar were nice just closed too early. The elevators were very sketchy but other than that had a great stay!"

"Stayed for 3 nights in September 2026. Great location, right on the beach, with a large pool. Close to shopping and restaurants. We had a room with 2 queen beds and living room kitchen combo. Loved it. Room was spacious as well as the balcony overlooking the beach and gulf. I believe all rooms in this main building have balconies but be aware, they have a smaller building across the street. I believe they call it the north side. That building is not on the beach, it;s across the street. The only issues I had was one of the lamps in the living room didn't work, nor the light on the balcony. I didn't report it though. Also note, there was no phone nor clock in the room."

"Beach access is perfect. Great for elderly that can use the 1st level bedroom suite out to the beach and to your vehicle. Also, loved the washers and dryers for all the bed,room areas. Only downside was we needed washcloths and dish towels.. Had to wash for all of us to shower. Definitely hope to return soon! It's for Sale and really have considered it with all my siblings."

"3018 was beautiful! Well maintained and incredible views. Susie was a superstar host! Eggs and fruit on arrival and quick with communication. Tidewater Resort was great too. Elevator 7 was new and just around corner from our door. Quick and no long waiting at all. Beautiful beach and beautiful pool areas. The 30 floor views were so amazing! We highly recommend and would return to 3018 in a heartbeat! Thank you!!"

"The view from the condo was breathtaking.Definitely the selling point. Check-in was easy. The detailed email from the host was very helpful, but the garage passcode was incorrect. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. The host was quick to respond with help opening a stuck storage door for our beach chairs. The negatives. When we walked in and took our shoes off the floor was sandy. Maybe it was swept but not cleaned with a mop. The furniture was outdated. The couch was not comfortable. I realize you hopefully won’t be spending much time on the couch, but after a long day outside, you want to come back to the condo and sit and relax on a comfy couch.The chairs on the deck are old, rusty and torn. So don’t wear white shorts for obvious reasons. I did read the amenities section for this condo. The write up says that one “bedroom” is a bunk room with a curtain. So it was accurate. We had 3 adults in our party. We each wanted our own bedroom. So, I chose the bunk room. This room definitely is not for adults. The bottom bunk mattress was not comfortable at all, so I had to crawl up the ladder to the top bunk. If adults are sleeping in this bunk room, they should be young and so tired they don’t care if it is not comfortable. This “room” has no place for luggage. So, a lot of my things were in the dining room.Honestly the place isn’t terrible, it was on the water like we wanted. I just believe for the money that we paid that some updates should take place."
