"It was good i recommend for a short stay."

"We were a bit worried after reading the bad reviews but this hotel was great. The location was 10/10, right next to theatre shows, Soho, Piccadilly Circus, china town. We could not fault the staff they were very helpful, the lobby smells amazing when you walk in. Rooms were spacious, quite minimal but as it’s intended to be. The air conditioning worked great. The only reason why I didn’t give 5* is because unfortunately this hotel is connected to a night club which plays very loud booming music until 3am. If you are on the right side of the hotel (which we were) then you will hear the bass pounding all night until 3am. This was a massive shame because we would have stayed here again in future but unfortunately this has put us off staying again. If you have this hotel booked I recommende taking headphones just in case."

"Very impressed with this hotel, great location as close to most things and public transport. Room very clean and quiet, comfortable bed and had all you need . Breakfast buffet was a lovely surprise , lots of choice and everything fresh. The only negative thing I can say is hotel is over 2 buildings so took a few times to learn my way around. I shall look forward to my next stay"

"The location was excellent and we had a fabulous view of Tower Bridge. The front desk and concierge staff were wonderful. The omelet station was a treat and kitchen staff helpful. The lack of air conditioning in the room was a problem during the recent heat wave. But the lobby was pleasant and the room fan helped. The housekeeping staff was the weak link. They were not responsive and sometimes didn't even clean the room. But the front desk sent them back when asked."
