"Plan to do a lot of walking as the tram that takes you to the other hotels or units broke down twice during our stay so we had to walk from the ocean towers to the front lobby, which is far. But the artwork during the walk and the view was spectacular.."

"Good location, decent size rooms and nice view but the service is bad. Upon checking in the front desk didn’t give us a map for the amenities and activities locations, and later we had to drive to the check in place to require a map; during our stay there were 2 days we didn’t get house keeping and after we came back to our room in the afternoon we had to call them to have our room cleaned and towels filled; when we asked them if they had a BBQ grill near our building they said they didn’t know… Overall their staff were not trained well and the service didn’t match with the property."

"It would be a 5 star review but the breakfast was not the best. The pancakes were raw in the middle and the eggs were almost un edible. We loved every other things about to hotel!"

"I thought the property was very well kept. My only complaints were the pool. It was rather chilly especially as some of the days we were there were windy. Also, we did come to this resort for our honeymoon and did mention this to the front desk during check in and there wasn’t an acknowledgement of this."

"We didn’t have breakfast but did have lunch & dinner. Food was excellent & staff went above & beyond to make sure we were happy. Staff at the desk was outstanding & very quick for any & all accommodations. Loved the beach, pool & hot tub. "
