"The air conditioner in the room was very noisy. We turned it to economy cool and when it would turn on, it was so loud! Maybe update air conditioners with those quieter ones on the top of the wall? This is the only complaint. Great stay though!! Nice property!! "

"We arrived early - the Front Desk was very helpful. They checked us in, gave us our room keys and activity cards to go to the pool and enjoy the amenities until our room was ready. Our room was so awesome, up-to-date, beautiful and clean. AC worked wonderfully in the Hawaii heat. Enjoyed our stay very much."
