"Excellent hotel made even better by a free upgrade. It is located in the Town of Helmsley great parking as they have their own underground car park. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given a free upgrade to a poolside suit which was fantastic. The hotel itself is very well maintained and feels very comfortable. We used the hotel bar which was well staffed comfortable and drinks were reasonably priced. We had
