Beautiful quiet haven. We spent some time in the courtyard, the beautiful weather was perfect for it. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodated an early check in as we were tired from travelling and arrived early in the morning. This was really appreciated. It is within 30 minutes of Luton airport and 20 minutes to Ally Pally and 5 minutes walk to the Underground so ideal for a short stay. The location is excellent. Just a few steps from Kensington high street tube station so easy to get around london. Beautiful and quiet area with lovely shops and cafes . The staff were all lovely and helpful . The breakfast was very good . The rooms lovely, bright and exceptionally clean . Coffee, tea and kettle in the room . My experience was excellent and I will choose to stay here again when I next come to london.

The hotel had a lively vibe but the communal areas were very busy at all times with people working on laptops etc. We tried to sit in the bar/sitting area on a number of occasions, but there were no seats available. The room was clean and nicely decorated but very small for a twin. It was also quite dark as the window was angled to the side of the room.
