"Clean, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The staff was exceptional — they stored our luggage, let us rest in the lobby, and even gave us a room 6 hours early, which made our stay. Great bathroom and shower. Fast WiFi. Perfect AC — coming back from the heat to a cool room was amazing. Completely quiet at night. Facilities are a bit dated but still pleasant. Curtains aren’t blackout but block most light. No iron, bottled water, or toiletries provided. Excellent location next to a supermarket and near the metro, with easy and affordable Uber access. Felt safe even at night. Outstanding value for money — very affordable without feeling cheap at all."

"I really wanted to love this property, but there were a few things that killed it for me. The beds are uncomfortably hard. To me the most important thing in a hotel is having a good night sleep, and Plaza Patilla Inn fails here. There were other less important things that were disappointments: you get ONE bottle of water on your first night, and that is it. Seems like a really dumb policy. The hotel is surprisingly large, so breakfast is a very busy affair, but they only have one person making eggs for hundreds of people. A few little things could make this hotel a true gem, sadly it seems management wants to cut corners in all the wrong places. I will not stay here again, and I cannot recommend this property."

"The breakfast buffet was good and offered a good variety of Panamanian and American food. The hotel was convenient to dining and shopping. The room was clean, quiet and had good air conditioning. The free parking was good, and might be tight for a large vehicle, but there were plenty of spaces. The neighborhood felt safe. "

"Amazing stay. Only thing I felt was over priced was the New Year’s party. As guest we should have been given a better price but other than that it was a great stay. "
