The staff was so helpful, when we had to leave early in the morning and didn't have time for breakfast, they packed it so that we could take it with us! And the breakfast was excellent too! "The hotel is conveniently located above the intermodal, providing quick access to the bus terminal and associated parking. It's close to the San Mames stadium and there are a lot of food options within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable with proper air conditioning. The bathroom was also great, with a build in bidet for the toilet. Our room had a view of the city towards San Mames Stadium - beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so!"
