There was lukewarm water in the shower. I was surprised to hear from ths staff of this Hilton hotel that this is the policy of ghe hotel. The managment of the hotel thinks that lukewafm wate ate good enough for their guests.

The room wasn't huge but it was well equipped with all of the basics. It was lovely and quiet with good mattresses & excellent pillows for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent with a generous selection of the full cooked breakfast items and plenty for my vegetarian companion. Not many shops nearby but very close to airport tram stop, train station,and bus routes to city centre (or a 20 minute walk)

It’s the staff that made our stay exceptional at The Roseate Hotel. I booked the Petite Room for myself & my daughter as a treat. The bed was the most comfortable I ever slept on. Even though it is small the room had everything we required and more. I would highly recommend a stay in this hotel.
