"It is a beautiful 'resort' where we felt safe the whole time. It is also a timeshare property so everywhere you go they ask for your room number to verify your all inclusive (even though you do have wristbands). The service was either amazing or they didn't care to be there. Hit or miss no matter how nice we were. The cleaning staff was amazing. "The rooms are very outdated. It is a shame to put guests in rooms with moldy mattresses, the bathroom door literally peeling off, with dirty/moldy corners. The hotel needs renovation. "We really enjoyed all the different seating options around the two pools. It did get a little crowded. When what I believe is cruise ship people came and stayed for the day. I would not have expected that type of clientele at the property. The snorkeling was great, the hot tub out on the point was great and we really enjoyed the ocean."
