"Our family of six enjoyed a fabulous stay at the RosMar Villa. Mariano was an exceptional host, and was in contact in the weeks leading up to our arrival to make arrangements like booking tours, car rentals and massages for us. We had Chef Francisco and staff come to the house to cook almost daily and it was fabulous. The house was large, well-appointed and everyone especially loved playing billiards. It was very clean, well-maintained and comfortable. "

"We stayed at this property a couple of months ago and had issues with the manager on checkin. We were not able to access the property until multiple requests. It was late, we were tired and she could not give us good information as to how to get into the property. During that stay a man entered the unit without notice alarming my 12 year old daughter. Bianca was very apologetic. It is a beautiful property and was new so I figured she was getting used to customer service. We tried again in July. Bianca is the managers name. I whatsapped her and texted her i was coming again with family the day before our stay. I had broken my phone on the day of checkin so I texted her on another phone. I told her who I was and that I needed the code to get in. It was ten o clock at night before she answered me and gave me the code. IT IS THE SAME CODE AS TWO MONTHS AGO. SO MUCH FOR SECURITY. It goes downhill from here. We lost power on multiple occasions. One time was CFE issue changing from them to the current owners. The others we had to call over and over again to find out why? We reset the breakers inside the unit to no avail. NO hairdryers being used, no clothes driers nothing. I could not figure out what to do and as usual Bianca was not helpful. Someone came by and showed me the main breaker outside. Did I mention one of the nights no water? Eight people, three toilets... cold showers! BAD STAY!!! A credit promised and not given... DONT STAY HERE! They just want your money"

"Casa Playa Cozumel exceeded our expectations. The private beach is beautiful, but what we appreciated most were the two pools—one for relaxing and another that was perfect for the kids. It gave us flexibility and peace of mind as a family. The house is spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable for a large group. Every area is thoughtfully designed for spending quality time together, and the staff was helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. It’s a great option if you’re looking for privacy, comfort, and a truly scenic setting."

"The house was just as it was online. Bedrooms or spacious and comfortable, bedding, soft. The house had great proximity from the indoors to the pool to the beach and beach towels were included and plenty of lawn chairs. We use Senders’s kitchen for all dinners and breakfast and they also provided a daily lunch snack, which was outstanding. They played serve and clean up. We also use the concierge service who scheduled us transportation to and from airport and answered various other questions. The cleaners, groundskeeper and chefs, were all a delight to have around the house, we were spoiled and well taken care of. Each of us have agreed we would bring family back here as well as another girls trip. We especially love the location, a little more on the quieter end of town with full and easy access to town and shopping and restaurants."
