The hotel itself looks even better in person than it does in the photos — modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. For a four-star property, it easily exceeded our expectations. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Every request we made was handled promptly, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We even had a small accident where we broke a bottle in reception, and the team couldn’t have been more understanding or quick to help — a true reflection of their excellent service. Breakfast each morning offered a wide variety of choices, all of which were delicious and freshly prepared. In the evenings, the cocktails at the bar were fantastic — expertly made and a great way to unwind after exploring Krakow. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of top-notch facilities, outstanding food, and genuinely welcoming staff made our stay unforgettable.
