"This property was amazing! The staff immediately make you feel welcome, and the rooms are lovely! We ordered room service our first night in, and it was delicious. It was nice to have a well prepared meal brought to our room after a long day of travel. The Victoria Station is right there, so navigating through London via the transportation options makes it so easy. We traveled on the Tube multiple times, and it was great knowing that when getting to the station we were minutes from being back in our hotel room. The Victoria Palace Theatre is just a quick walk from your hotel, so catching a show is extremely easy during your stay. The room attendants keep your room immaculate during your stay, and make you feel even more at home. I would love to return to London again next year, and to stay here again. "

"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, close to shops/cafes/restaurants and tube station. Very close walk to tourist attractions like national history museum. Lift was handy for our pram. Only slight downside is the parking with a young family and carrying luggage to and from. But that's to be expected central London and not the hotels fault. Overall great comfortable stay. Thank you. "Have stayed here several times. V. good value for central London. Good breakfast buffet. Good internet service. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient location - 5-10 min walk to Underground; some bus lines stop right outside. Perfect location for museums: V&A, Science, Natural History."

"The staff were so helpful. They made our special occasion stay even more special. The only downside was breakfast on the Sunday morning when all the coffee machines weren’t working. Also, one of the lifts wasn’t working for three nights. Having said that, I would highly recommend Holiday Inn. It is a great hotel! "
