"Valet people only concerned about tips. I watched several people arriving and struggling to get into the hotel with their luggage and having their hands full. Wouldn’t even open or hold the door. But they wouldn’t leave your car door until you handed them money. Pool was closed on Saturday for lifeguard training. Traveled miles away to be denied to the pool. "
