"Clean room, great staff, great location and awesome breakfast buffet. "

"The room was quite dated as was the whole hotel. There was a laundry truck unloading for about two hours in between 2-4 am outside the room in the back alley (rough timings, I wasn't checking the clock in the middle of the night). It interrupted my sleep for a while. When I mentioned it to the receptionist in the morning he apologised but didn't seem too bothered. There is one thing I want from a hotel and it's a good night's sleep."

"Bailey’s Hotel is one of the best we have stayed in when visiting London. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them. Everything is spotlessly clean too"

"No toilet in communal areas. Staff did not even know how to find our room e.g. how to get there, which floor or lift to take. Room and location were perfect though."
