"The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast served each morning was very good to start the day with and the location great for walking to the shopping area, restaurants and harbour. I would definitely recommend it "

"Nice hotel , clean and spacious . We had rooms on the 13th floor which I did pay extra for but it was worth it for the amazing view including the northern lights on the last night . We ate in the burger bar on one night food was good and staff are lovely. Really friendly reception staff. Location is right next to bus stop 12 so very easy for tour pick up especially at 8am when it is really cold . Beds are soft and comfortable. Overall a great city centre hotel. "
