"It’s a good hotel in the centre of the city . Very clean. I had the room on 2 nd floor and strived bit late from meeting. There was a gentleman outside the door smoking who got me-in and checked in. I asked for fire door etc and he told me . The room was clean , there was a kettle but no tea cups saucers ! No bins in the room or toilet. There was only one plug right under the table which was difficult to get to. Soap dispenser in shower was not working. If you can sort these little things , it will qualify for excellent. Thanks"

"Hotel was Ok , but a bit dated, door ito te room handle was falling off, bit scare couldn't get out if a fire and the attitude of the lady on reception last night was downright rude, i let myself i with my fob asked if you could get adrik in the restaurant would have been ok if she had just said no , but added do stay in this hotel as i haven't seen you before, atange as i had just come in a locked front door with a fob given to residents "
