"The hotel is great, just think the bar is understaffed and slow service. The hotel would benefit from an experienced bar staff. That said the staff are pleasant they just lack the bar training and experience. "

"Still a new hotel- very clean. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent and parking is available too. The lifts are abit slow as theres 9 floors but as I was on floor 2 i was more than happy to take the stairs to get my steps in. My kids loves the hotel and the shopping mall is literally opposite the road with every shops you could find. I would recommend it if you plan to go to Leicester. This is my second visit but definitely better this time round."

Member of staff reassured me “your room is especially hot one, heating switches on @ 2100” therefore my request denied, Yes the heating was on for about an hour only a lukewarm radiator in a reasonable big room.
