"We stayed in two CitizenM properties in London. It took so getting use to; it had everything we needed. The only problem was now where to put tow people’s luggage. Had to use the desk & hassock. Very clean. Aside from towels, liquid soap & lotion, not shower cap, etc. Use of iPad for controlling temperature, blinds, lights & tv. EVERYTHING we needed for a two night stay in London."

Made use of the pool which was larger than I expected. The executive lounge was a good benefit and we made use of it in the evening and for a light breakfast in the mornings. Great location and would recommend."

"Great location for touristy stuff! Right across from the Tower Bridge and multiple of the city sightseeing tour bus stops. Tube access to the District/Circle line right around the corner from the hotel entrance as well. If you have any early flights to Stansted and/or Luton airports, night tube will not be accessible so be aware. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, the staff were exceptional & professional. Will definitely be returning in the future!"
