Great staff. The room was beautiful and well equipped, only downfall for us was the AC, it was not getting hot, it constantly felt like it was blowing cold air and it was quite a chilly weekend. Everything else was good.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel everything is modern and they have thought of all the small details, the heated pool was very pleasant and our room was lovely and spacious, the hotel overall was extremely clean and well kept, no signs of dirt anywhere, the hotel from the outside also looks lovely and colourful and modern, the staff are very accommodating and even provide ice buckets in the rooms which you can ask to be filled at the bar which is a touch we particularly enjoyed, overall we would highly highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel inside was lovely, clean and friendly staff, great breakfast. Only issue is there was a lot of building works which meant the car back was reduced in size so we had to go to an overflow at the Excel. This was a short walk away but at least it was complementary. The biggest issue we had was leaving we left the overflow carpark and followed the ‘exit’ signs which brought us out literally inti a building site and the site crew were not happy we’d driven round there, and I was worried that it could damage my car. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, but it is their overflow carpark, so they do have some responsibility that guests leave safely and that signage is clear.

The staff was great. The location was way out in the east end but there is an excellent connection to the Elizabeth line which goes to the airport. Breakfast is definitely worth the money, but the dinner menu is not. The room is modern but I couldn’t attach my HDMI device.

While location wise it is away from the big ticket items in London city, it makes up for it in a huge way by being steps away from the Metro. Additionally, it has a nice bar with really good food and drinks as well as a convenient 24 hours snack bar to purchase from. The room was clean, modern, and spacious with a nice view and consistent housekeeping service. Overall this was a great pick for my first time in London!
