"I feel like the staff at this property are some of the very best I have encountered. Linda who prepares the breakfast actually prepares it to perfection and adds spices and flavors to stock food service items. I could not ask for a better breakfast, especially if I am traveling for a sporting event. The amenities at this hotel such as stove top, microwave, and fridge can also make a stay of several days a lot more economical because the hotel's near a Wal Mart so you can buy groceries and cook for yourself. In fact the rooms even have a few pots and pans as well as a dishwasher and coffee machine. However, some of the items in some of the rooms are showing some signs of age, for instance in one room I had, the drain fixture wasn't attached to the bathtub. Which brings me to my next point. The first room I had had a bit of a musty smell and it turns out that was because the AC unit was leaking into the carpet. The staff tried to clear the clog in the AC unit and wet vac the carpet, but there was so much water in the carpet that they moved me to a different room, which had no problems. Clearly, it's not ideal that initially I had a musty-smelling room with an AC leak. I appreciate however how the staff took reasonable steps to resolve the issue. I feel like in summary the staff at this hotel are excellent, the amenities are excellent, and the only potential problem is some of the appliances in some of the rooms having problems. Also the courtyard jacuzzi is out."
