"Great hotel with a fantastic location. The rooms are spacious but NYC standards and clean. The restaurant in the lobby has great coffee and is a fun place to spend an evening. Joe the manager is fantastic. He made our stay very enjoyable."

"The daily activities fee (about $34 for our regular King Size bed room) is supposed to provide access to discounts at eateries and other stores inside Grand Central Station. There's a link they give you to see which stores are participating. But the two we visited (Frankies Hot Dogs and LiLac Chocolates) had no idea what we were talking about and did not give any discount. Bathtub drain was slow although it did drain."
