"There's no elevator. There are helpful employees that will carry you bag up 3 long flights of stairs. But if they are not around, you're stuck carrying your bags. My only real complaint about the hotel."

Where the hotel is located, the concert venue across the street is so loud. It did not quiet down until 4:00 a.m. every night. Also, when we arrived the air conditioner in our room did not work.
