Excellent property. Quiet area but very accessible. At the edge of the old town. Staff is amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. Great breakfast buffet.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel until the time I reluctantly checked out, every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff at Es Princep were nothing short of brilliant. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel like a valued guest from the start. The level of professionalism displayed by every team member, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was exceptional especially Pau. They were attentive, accommodating, and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. What truly stood out was how they made my birthday celebration an unforgettable experience. The attention to detail was remarkable – from a personalised birthday note waiting for me in the room to a surprise birthday cake and bubbles. The staff took the time to make my day special, and their genuine efforts made me feel truly appreciated. The accommodation was great our spacious room provided all the comforts one could ask for. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene was impeccable. Es Princep's amenities, including the restaurant with its delicious dishes, rooftop pool and spa, added an extra layer of indulgence to the overall experience. In conclusion, my stay at Es Princep was nothing short of amazing.

What a wonderful hotel, ideally situated on the sea front and only about 10 minutes walk from the main city centre. The hotel is immaculate and modern with crisp, clean rooms, excellent service and a warm and friendly atmosphere. The rooftop bar and pool area have great views of the sea front and harbour and we spent sometime there each day soaking up the sun. The rooftop area is a real bonus for a hotel so close to the city. The breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of all the choices you could want. Also, there is an a la carte menu for hot food which always arrived perfectly cooked. All the staff were very friendly, polite and attentive and seemed very happy to be on hand to help. In particular, Flora and Wing looked after us so well in breakfast but of particular note, the Hotel Manager Joseba was was on hand every day to greet us at breakfast and to spend a few moments checking that everything was going well for us. He knew our names, and was outstanding, even organising a cake and Cava for my wife at breakfast as it was her birthday. Later that day, we returned to our room to find a bottle of Cava cooling on ice and a handwritten birthday message from Joseba himself. We were very touched by this level of personal attention as we hadn't even declared that it was my wife's birthday. Outstanding service from kind and caring staff, thank you. We are well seasoned travellers but this hotel remains in our minds as an exceptional hotel, with excellent staf

Amazing experience
The whole experience was amazing, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the hotel has an amazing rooftop.I highly recommend the breakfast, with such a great selection. I will certainly come back next time I’m in Palma.

Best location in Palma
An amazing hotel located in the best location in the historic town of Palma . Spotless & very comfortable bed . Excellent staff from housekeeping to reception . They were so helpful in all our needs . Breakfast on the rooftop bar was exquisite . Fantastic service throughout our one week stay .

Modern contemporary property with amazing pool and roof terrace. Food in main restairant in evening poor. Also not a fan of glass tpolet doors opening into the nedroom which all their rooms have but maybe thats just a preference

Great stay!
We were here just for 1 night and found the staff to be friendly and attentive. A little difficult to reach the hotel using our navigation system as it is in a restrictive area. Location of the hotel is excellent in a quiet area.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check in was swift, friendly and courteous. My room was on the first floor facing the front of the hotel. It was noisy at times from people talking right outside but the room itself was as expected. On my first night, I was extremely disappointed when getting into bed to find a soiled comforter and bed that had a sour smell and stench. I was so disturbed given the room was supposed to be clean and this was a 5* establishment. The evening front desk staff was swift to help me find another room to sleep in while we waited until the morning to sort it out with management. I didn't sleep all night from the disruption. I later got into contact with management and was offered the upgraded room that I had slept in the night before which I appreciated. I was a bit annoyed to have to start my vacation this way and that no other compensation was offered for a lack of sleep on my first night. Aside from the disruption, the rest of my stay was incredible. The new was room was clean, orderly and toiletries were great. Turn down service with the bottled water was a nice touch. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool, especially when the weather was extremely hot and the spa was a major bonus. I highly encourage use of the spa after a long day. The location was great, away from the hustle of the core and just a short walk to everything including a a nice beach. overall, despite the first night challenge, I loved my stay and would return!

Incredible spot! Stayed at Es Princep for our honeymoon travelling from Canada and really enjoyed our two nights. Location is great, in a quiet part of Old Town and a 10-15 minute walk from Passeig Del Born. Staff and service at the hotel was outstanding, and the rooftop bar and pool is incredible. Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic location near the old town. Rooftop patio pool area had incredible views and was an amazing place to relax. Food and drink service poolside was excellent. Beautiful boutique hotel experience all around. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay longer next time.

Great Hotel!
Absolutely amazing stay! The staff was so friendly and willing to do anything to make the stay fantastic. Rodrigo was the best - got us a rental car, gave recommendations, and got us dinner reservations. The location was a 15 minute walk to the beach and about a 20 minute walk to main center of town. Rooftop pool was great, but if you get to the rooftop in the afternoon, most chairs would already be taken. Breakfast was fresh and delicious! Only minor complaint was on the shower as it would leak water on to the bathroom floor, but we used the towels to soak up once done showering. 10/10 would recommend and we will be coming back!

The Hotel room didn"t feel like 4/5 stars. The cheap sugar coloured turn down lollies were suitable for children not adults - I wouldn't even feed the cheap lollies to children because they're so toxic. No water available in the room until turn-down service. The room size was pretty ordinary. The spa pool was awesome. Nice views, staff were friendly, Sergio had a bit of attitude. We ordered crepes and the traditional baked beans on the breakfast menu and received pancakes and tinned baked beans - 2 star cooking, definitely not 5 star. No explanation provided about how to drive into the hotel car parking through the restricted laneways or access the Hotel lane when we paid hotel 35.00 per night for 2 nights of parking. No explanation provided about the spa access. Toiletries provided including shower gel were excellent. I was advised that breakfast would be 25 euro per day or 20 euro per day if taken for entire stay. My invoice showed a charge of 29.50, not 25.00 as advised.

The reception staff are exceptional and very accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Our one criticism is that as a resident, we weren’t always able to use the rooftop facilities because non residents can book tables to drink or dine there.

Fine hotel that feels like home
This is a very special hotel. It has the professional side that is a well defined hotel with integrity to customer service yet somehow maintains a feel at home sejour location . Homemade cookies at the door .. a 6 euro cab ride to born street (But you can walk too ) Bottled water in the room Candies at night Great location Great breakfast buffet Frankly I may regret telling you all this because they are busy and we plan on coming back

Es Princeps
Es Priceps was the perfect hotel. Great position near the cathedral with everything within walking distance.The staff could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and ours had a small balcony overlooking the street below. The only thing to make future customers aware of is the open plan arrangement of the toilet and shower. Both of these open directly into the room and ,although, partly divided from the rest of the room by washbasins, it may not be suitable for people who do not know each other very well! The spa and rooftop terrace were perfect and some days we were the only people in the spa and indoors pool. We had a perfect stay. Special mention for Jorge at reception :-)

A taste of luxury in Palma !
The hotel is lovely, clean with very spacious rooms. It is located 10 mins walk from the cathedral and lots of bars and restaurants. It has a delightful rooftop area comprising of a bar/ restaurant and a very spacious sun terrace which overlooks the sea. The staff on reception deserve a special mention for their attentiveness and willingness to go that extra mile. Excellent hotel which I would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Palma.
