Perfect Hotel
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, the staff cannot do enough for you. Hotel Cappuccino is the centre of cafe society in Palma, the bar and restaurants are excellent , best location

What a lovely hotel stay - sadly we were only there one night. The receptionist who met us was really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was well designed and had everything you could need. A very personal service from a hotel chain in a busy city - that's not easy to find. Would definitely stay again or at one of their other hotels

Location is city centre with corresponding noise levels at busy times. Acceptable but if quiet is required not suitable. Terrace and pool insignificant.Food simple and extremely well prepared.Service and staff above 5 star average. Would return.

Beautiful hotel. All of the nice little touches around the hotel make it very special. Great restaurant. Loved the roof top pool and live music in the lounge. Very much a five star experience. Highly recommend!

The hotel is modern and clean as a whistle. The staff could not be any more kind and helpful. The food and service was top drawer.. Always more than responsive to any concern or question. Get the breakfast deal. We would sit outside every morning and have this fabulous food served so beautifully.

Disappointing
Stayed at this hotel before but was very disappointed on our most recent visit. Staff seemed to know very little, shower did not work well, and dinner was terrible. Decor is pretty and a great location. For a 5 star hotel, there are no amenities or anything that makes it extra special.

An absolute gem in the center of old town Palma. Fantastic service, gorgeous decor, great bar, very good restaurant. One of the best properties I've stayed in. Kudos to the owners and management for making this a world-class hotel.

Excellent location. Great place to sot and have a drink and watch the world go by. Very centrally located. Interior deco very lovely.Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and fresh and though so central , it was quiet. Would definitely stay there again

A lovely hotel for a weekend getaway in Palma. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do more to make our stay at the hotel any better. The pool area, although small, was a great retreat away from the hustle of the city but perhaps not a pool for a week away if you wanted to stay longer. Great rooms and lovely decor. We look forward to visiting again!

Great location but noisy
I know you can’t have it all ways but the great location in old town meant that we were opposite the town hall clock that chimes every 15 mins. Also the terrace furniture is taken into the bar area at around 11pm every night destroying the atmosphere if you’re having a late drink then put out at 7am next morning which is very noisy. If noise doesn’t bother you the rooms are beautiful.

This was our second visit. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff are so helpful, couldn’t do enough for us. We were there for a night but had use of the rooftop pool all day, after we’d checked out and was able to use the spa for an hour to get changed and ready for flight home. Hotel is in great position, although it can get quite busy. We will definitely go back

Right in the middle of everything, couldn’t get a better location. Room was beautiful, spacious, fantastic view of everything going on in the square but quiet thanks to double glazed windows. Would definitely go back again.

Hotel Mama is the nicest place to stay in downtown Palma. It’s truly 5 star ⭐️ Hotel for an amazing price. Excellent service, super clean, up to date. If you like to stay in luxurious hotels it is the best choice.

Tastefully modern in historic city
Stayed for two nights on our way to Menorca. My room was upgraded to the top floor, facing the square. Free water bottles each night, and the softest towels I've ever felt! Great location and ambiance of the hotel. Rooftop pool area is small, but there weren't many people there to begin with.
