I made reservations for 4 nights n march. I showed up in July 24 at 12:30 pm to find that they had overbooked and I had no room. They said t was a computer error. First they tried to give me a bunker bedroom. They made me wait. I declined the rroom offer. They sent me dwntown. My first day was lost. Next day I had to return, but it was 5 pm before they gave me a nice efficiency appartment, but now, my second day was lost- So, they ruined half of my vacation- No matter how polite they were, their word means nothing- I never occupied the rrom for which I paid. There is nobody to talk to. Jus a telephone number, it seems it was the owner`s who was in Tenerife- The employees are nice but do not know anything but apologize with a smile, but time went by and 50% of my vacation was ruined because I still believe they take all reservations and give the rooms to those who will stay longer than 5 nights- That is their priority- If you go for less than 2 weeks, this hotel is not for you. You will spend half of your vacation traveling to whatever room they sent you and waiting for your room to be ready for you. SCREW THEM before they SCREW your vacation- All you will get is a BS excuse with a smile, but yur plans wil be ruined- This hotel deserves to be dumped from the option list! Sometimes, nice is just not good enough when your vacation plan has been messed up by those ''nice'' people.
