"No room service, broken elevators, dirty carpets in hallway, freezing cold showers due to alleged pipe burst, tub was dirty, paper thin walls, concierge doesn’t respond to text or calls when reaching out, and someone was doing bdsm in the hallway. Never, ever again!!!"

"The staff were unbelievably rude about very simple questions and requests. They don't provide basic things like a toothbrush or taste paste which I forget this trip. They were terrible. "

"Furniture was dated. Room heated by a radiator without any thermostat control so it was hot. Heating in bathroom via a pipe that made loud noises regularly through the night. It was clean in a good location and checkin was fast and easy but not sure I’d book again. "
