"We truly enjoyed our stay. We arrived past 1 AM and their front desk staff checked us in very quickly. We were very impressed by the warm welcome. We got the Queen room with Jacuzzi which was one of the most spacious rooms we ever had. The breakfast was also extraordinary. I give a true 5 star to this hotel and its staffs. "

"We used the hotel as base to explore Florence. The hotel was clean, quiet and had good a/c. Hotel staff was very helpful in finding parking and giving directions around the neighborhood. In the summer parking is not an issue, you can park almost anywhere. Breakfast was good. Overall we had a good stay. Hotel is good for travel with kids. Also reasonable price compared to other options in the area."

Bus stop right behind hotel, hotel staff pointed this out and I wished I had taken advantage because Cab drive to Florence city about 55 euros each way. The gym is a great addition, well-equipped and convenient. The spa is fantastic, though some amenities like the sauna, showers, and relaxation areas aren’t included unless you’re staying in one of the wellness rooms, which is a bit unusual compared to other luxury spas.
