8/10 Good

"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times on consecutive years. It’s a great location, comfortable and clean, adult only , great pool bar and excellent food. However the rooms are starting to show their age. Mould was present in the bathroom and around the bath. The shower head wouldn’t remain in position. And water dripped from a vent above the toilet. The buffet breakfast is good value and provides good options. Unfortunately the coffee was nearly undrinkable and has definitely gone downhill over the years. That said, the hotel facilities for guests is good and the as I said the food is amazing! It’s in a great location for access to the Yumbo and great value in terms of what you get value for money."

"Ideal location on the island for a quiet getaway but within easy reach of other towns and villages by bus, boats and Taxi's. The hotel is on the edge of the town but within easy reach of supermarket, bars and restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the harbour and main town. The hotel caters for all ages and has areas catering for adults and also others for families. Have visited before and hope to visiting again soon."

"On arrival to our room we had a lovely letter and a bottle of fizz wishing us a happy anniversary. The spa area was lovely we stayed there for the duration of our stay. Jacuzzi, Bali beds, steam room and sauna (free) massages are expensive but good. The swimming pool is clean and plenty of sun beds. The food is good and there’s plenty of choice, cocktails not great but we loved the coconut rum and self service drinks at the pool. The hotel is spotless, fast lifts we were on the seven floor sea view in the distance, we could not hear the building works at the front to the hotel, do not book a room at the front, you can hear slight noise near the pool but nothing major. Location is okay the surrounding area is not the best but the beaches are nice 10 minutes/30 minute walk. We would recommend the local market on Saturday and beach front is quieter. We did not visit the sand dunes has nudist beaches! The entertainment was okay the best shows were the acrobatics, there needs to be a variety of music mainly catered for the older audience. We loved our week, the room is spacious, the bed was comfortable, shower spacious and good pressure, hotel is very relaxing and met the 4 star rating!"

"Hotel and staff amazing, spotlessly clean and everyone from cleaners to reception really friendly. Pool situation I couldn’t fault anything. Proximaty to beach 10/10. But for me the food served at Breakfast & Dinner was out of this world, both the varied selection and quality of what we were eating was absolutely outstanding in my opinion. Bar snacks & staff I couldn’t fault, all in all we spent 16 pretty faultless days here and will most definitely revisit, 100%. If I’m being overly critical the evening entertainment was pretty poor most nights but to be fair most hotels I’ve visited the entertainment is rubbish!…. So based on that I’ll score this hotel 9.5/10.. they say nothings perfect but as far as holidays go this wasn’t far off!"

"This place was absolutely beautiful. Two men were outside to greet us at this location as well as assist with bags. The staff was very friendly and assisted us at every step of the way including airport taxi. Everything felt luxurious. The people were amazing. It was unfortunate we only stayed a day but I cannot wait to visit again."
