From the moment we arrived, the service stood out—but one person in particular made our experience exceptional: Fernando. "Tend to use this hotel and normally book direct but had a Hotels.com voucher to use, hotel is a great location for shopping, dining and only a 20-30 minute tube ride into central London which is ideal for visiting for events etc if not from the area - hotel breakfast is great, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are cleaned well but do suggest slight maintenance upkeep needed but not a massive concern as still modern but worth up keeping - great overall stay for distance travellers to the area that want the best of everything "

"Room was clean, staff were courteous, supportive and very responsive However, some additional care and energy should be directed at overall cleanliness and upgrade of amenities. During our second stay, we had to change room as the toilet bowl in our allocated room had terrible and visible stain underneath and this caused my wife (a very clean and meticulous woman) upset. Also, the installed heater was dysfunctional and an external heater had to be brought to us Overall we were pleased "
