"Wonderful and worry free. There was a leak from the bathroom ceiling when we first got to our room. I called the front desk and they had someone come to our room within 15 minutes to fix the leak. Very responsive! Very happy!"

"The resort is very clean and well maintained. Very good selection of restaurants but never had an amazing meal. All food is average at best. Great waitstaff at all areas as everyone was welcoming and willing to help with anything. The beach is very treacherous and swimming is not recommended and many times not allowed due to the extreme surf and rip tides. I thought it was very well laid put property. I will definitely book again. "

"We loved every minute of our stay at RIU Palace Cabo San Lucas. The resort was spotless from the lobby, to our room, to the pool, to all the restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as memorable as possible. "

"Is a wonderful location and hotel is very nice but when we go ar Tijuana needs more flexibility for check in because when we finish medical appointments most important is back at hotel and get the room asap, I understood depend of room is available and occupancy but for medical appointments I woukd like more flexibility to get room between around 10am instead 3pm"
