"From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic. The valet took care of our car while the bellman handled our luggage, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and the team gave us some great information about the local area. When we got to our room, all we could say was WOW! It was beautifully presented, spacious, spotlessly clean and a really lovely place to come back to after a day out. The pool area was perfect. The water was a lovely temperature and everything was kept very clean. Little touches like complimentary sun cream, towels and ice-cold water by the pool really made a difference. The food from the pool bar was always delicious too! The hotel’s beach facilities were just as impressive, with sun loungers, towels, a mobile bar and everything you could need for a relaxing day by the sea. Overall, the service throughout our entire stay was absolutely top-notch. The staff really helped make our stay special, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return!"

"The hotel was beautiful from the lobby to the patio to the rooms, everything was amazing The guys from the valet parking were super nice. The hotel is located right at the beach and it’s very close to restaurants and clubs. I will definitely come back to this hotel we had a great time"

"For my first time in Miami I would truly like to visit other Hotels. I was not impressed although several locals stated how great the hotel was compared to others. The furniture and amenities in the room needs some updating. I was thoroughly surprised that they did not have smart TV’s. The pool vide was great. The restaurant on site had a great view but the food options were not favorable. Overall - 3 ⭐️"
