Misleading Property and Terrible Anniversary Experience Review: The property information is completely misleading. This is not a hotel as advertised, but a private condo rental. Expedia showed a price of $480, but I ended up paying almost $1,000 after the owner gave a different rate and required an additional security deposit. The reservation is not confirmed until you pay the owner directly, who only contacts you via WhatsApp from an Argentina phone number, not even from the U.S. On top of that, there are hidden fees: • $30 per person to use the pool and building amenities, with a wristband you must return at checkout. • Extra parking fee, not clearly disclosed in the listing. I spoke with Expedia twice and they offered no solution. What should have been a special anniversary celebration turned into an ordeal. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this property and believe Expedia should investigate such misleading listings to protect customers.
