Highly disappointed don’t book unless you want a problem
First off let me say I didn’t even stay in the place because the communication and the host was just horrible we did the two payment process paid the first half December 13th 374$ and the second half was due January 10th the day before we arrived to location which was perfect for us everything was going great it gets to the day of the 9th and I see a transaction of the remaining amount trying to be taking out which is 300$ ( i have my card lock when I have a huge amount of money in it ) and I’m confused like why is it trying to take out a day earlier so I didn’t think nothing of it so the day it was due the 10th my friend paid the remaining amount and then minutes later we get email saying that the reservation is cancel and I’m completely lost as too why so I message customer support and the host stating why was it cancel? Everything was paid on time the customer support says that it was cancel because of the payment trying to be taking out on the ninth and the host says that somebody else booked the times we had reserved then the host tried to accommodate another stay for us and I was cool with that because it was already late in the game to try to find another place to stay then host takes forever to respond at that point I was completely frustrated and they ended up cancel the entire open case and just left it at that nothing to say never even made it to the place found another one
