Palace Hotel & Spa Buxton

Palace Hotel & Spa Buxton

8/10 Good
"We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel looks very nice from the outside & the foyer is well maintained. The room was fit for purpose, there is no room service while we stayed & if towels or extra coffee are needed then reception needs to be contacted. The bed was king size, but it was 2 beds pushed together, but was comfortable for staying there. The parking is extra, £5 per 24 hours, & the car park is big, so we had no issues with parking, although if an event was on, it may fill up quickly. The hotel is also close to the railway station & the town centre is easy to walk to."

Leopold Hotel

8/10 Good
"Good and helpful staff who were pleasant and professional. Tasty breakfast downstairs with plenty of food. It was busy with a pleasing atmosphere. Bedroom was fine - first one a bit dark so reception changed for a lighter one. This was overlooking the square which on a Saturday night has loud music until 2am. Perhaps not a good change. Hotel attractive looking with a bit of history. Very central location so very easy to walk everywhere."
