"Beautiful room, spacious and clean. Fireplace was a nice touch. Bathroom clean and good shower pressure. Nice toiletries. Wish they had liquid body wash in addition to bar soap (but that’s a personal preference). Great central location. Continental breakfast had a lot of choices and is delivered to the room. Nice pastries, fresh cut fruit was perfect. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel, now our Monterey favorite! "

"Ideal location along Cannery Row. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and comfortable. Staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. We dined twice at Schooners—once for lunch and once for dinner. The meals were delicious and plentiful. The outdoor setting was very comfortable. I recommend upgrading to a water view room. There is no sense staying in such a beautiful spot and having a view of a parking lot or Cannery Row. We paid to upgrade to a bay view room and had zero regrets for doing so. "
