"Property is looking tidy but is an excellent location to all Manchester terminals. Hotel needs some tlc but serves it purpose for what you need it for. They were very helpful in serving me food 5 mins befor restaurant closed which was nice and breakfast was lovely too. Good enough for the price but wouldn’t want to pay too much more ….. I paid £78 for 1 Saturday "

"The room was lovely and tidy. Facilities within the room were fine but we could have benefited from more breakfast tea bags available in the room. Lovely hot water and comfortable bed. Pool was well maintained and a nice temperature. The breakfast was delicious! Lots of variation, all hot and very tasty."
